We only accept returns or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. To request a return or refund, customers must contact us within a reasonable time after receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos as proof.

Please note that items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund. Orders also cannot be canceled once they have already been shipped.

Due to possible differences in lighting, screen settings, and manual measurement, slight variations in color and size may occur and are not considered product defects.

If your return or refund request is approved, we will provide the next steps based on the issue reported. Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be offered depending on the situation.
